Service Completion: By engaging with our services, you agree that the product or service delivered is in line with the agreed-upon terms, and that no refunds will be issued once the work is completed or when the project has commenced.
While our No Refund Policy stands firm for most of our services, we do make exceptions on rare occasions. If you have a concern or issue with the service rendered, please contact us within 7 days of project initiation, and we will work with you to understand the situation.
